RCB series high viscosity heavy oil gear pump applies to delivery the medium without causticity, not including solid particle and has solidifiability under the normal temperature. It especially used for the condition that the medium required to keep heat in outdoor installation at cold region. The temperature of medium could be reach to 250ºC. The viscosity is 5-1500 cSt.

FAQ: 
1. What is your payment terms?
    Normally 30% TT in advance,  we will send you pictures when finish the production,  balance 70%          should be paid before delivery. 
    If the total amount is small, and delivery time is short or have stock,  had better pay 100% TT once, it      will reduce the procedure fee and easy to operation.

2. What is the delivery terms?
    EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, you could choose any one which is convenient for you.

3. How about the delivery time? 
    Usually it takes 7-10 working days after your advance payment arrive. The exact delivery time                 depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

4. Do you test all the goods before delivery? 
   Of course, we have 100% tested before delivery.

5.Could you supply sample?
   We are glad to send sample for your testing, but the cost should be paid by customers.

6. Can you produce according to customer's sample and drawing?
    No problem, it can be customized according to customer's request, we supply OEM service if quantity is good.

7.What is the warranty time?
   Our warranty time is 1 year normally.
